*Salary:* $70K-$100K (based on experience)

Join a growing infrastructure organization supporting nationwide projects. This field-based role is ideal for an experienced Field Supervisor who can oversee active job sites, source contractors, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

*Responsibilities:*
• Oversee day-to-day operations at active job sites
• Source and manage electrical contractors and crews
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues

*Qualifications:*
• Experience managing and overseeing construction job sites required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Electrical experience is a major plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed
