*Description:*
A growing organization in the environmental and sustainability industry is seeking an Internal Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong recruiting instincts.

*Responsibilities:*
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for associate-level positions across the company.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Prepare offer letters, coordinate onboarding, and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
• Support continuous improvements to recruiting workflows and candidate experience.

*Qualifications:*
• 1+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent judgment, strong intuition, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
