Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) & Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA and LBA to join our team. The BCBA/LBA will develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. This role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes and improve quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and experience working with children and individuals with disabilities. BCBA Certification and NYS LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) License Experience working with individuals with autism and knowledge of evidence-based practices Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
