Registered Nurse

Duties
Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Serves as a clinical expert, accountable for the nursing process across direct patient care
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific needs
Coordinates care to promote patient education, self-management, and satisfaction across the continuum of care
Demonstrates sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills
Self-directed; influences outcomes through interdisciplinary collaboration
Leads process-improvement initiatives
Brings leadership, experience, and creative problem-solving to the management of complex patient care
Partners with others to drive change and optimize outcomes
Evaluates the impact of evidence-based practice changes for individuals, groups, and populations
Accountable for documented outcomes at the program or service level
Outcomes may be broad and complex, and demonstrated at any level of the organization
Perform other assigned duties.
