Job description

Key Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & CEO Support
Serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities to keep the day running seamlessly
Manage the CEO’s inbox and communications, screening, drafting, and responding on their behalf where appropriate
Provide comprehensive support across the CEO’s professional and personal commitments & logistics
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff on day-to-day coordination and cross-functional follow-through

Administrative & Project Support
Manage expense reporting, reimbursements, and receipt organization
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Lead and support ad hoc projects for the CEO as needed

Keeping the Office Running
Ensure the office is well-run day to day — kitchen and supplies stocked, common areas in order, and orders placed and tracked as needed
Greet and direct visitors, candidates, and guests
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Coordinate with building management and vendors on routine maintenance and service requests
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required
Recent graduate with the drive and organization to grow into the role
Ability to coordinate with finance on expenses, reimbursements, and receipt reconciliation
Ability to manage a complex executive calendar and competing priorities with sound, independent judgment
Excellent written communication; skilled at drafting and managing correspondence on an executive’s behalf
High degree of discretion and sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams) and comfort adopting new tools quickly
Ability to operate proactively and autonomously — anticipating needs and driving tasks to completion without close oversight

Preferred
Familiarity with fintech
Experience coordinating both professional and personal logistics for an executive
Prior experience managing office operations, vendor coordination, or supply ordering
