Experienced RN leader (Director of Nursing, Health & Wellness, or similar)
Strong in clinical operations, assessments, staffing, and regulatory compliance
Confident leading teams through transition, challenge, and change

Comfortable with frequent travel and extended assignments
Passionate about resident-centered care and supporting frontline teams
Calm, decisive, and respected clinical presence
