We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Intake Coordinator to join a growing home care organization during an exciting stage of expansion. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives on the phone, and takes ownership of every patient interaction from the initial inquiry through the intake process. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, healthcare experience, attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting anything fall through the cracks. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for patients and their families while ensuring each case moves efficiently from initial contact through approval for services.
