Compliance Director

Seeking an experienced Compliance Director to oversee credentialing, payer contracting, and compliance for behavioral health and substance use disorder services.

📌 Responsibilities:

* Lead provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and CAQH.
* Manage commercial payer contracts and renewals.
* Oversee authorizations and payer requirements.
* Support HIPAA, audits, and regulatory compliance.
* Lead credentialing and contracting staff.

✅ Requirements:

* 5+ years of healthcare credentialing, contracting, and payer relations.
* Experience on both payer and provider sides.
* Behavioral health and/or substance use disorder experience.
* Knowledge of commercial payers, CAQH, NCQA, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2.
* Bachelor’s degree and management experience preferred.
