$150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)

Hiring and onboarding canvassers
Training reps on scripts and objection handling
Setting daily/weekly performance goals
Managing schedules and territories
Coaching in the field
Tracking KPIs and reporting results
