Lot Viewing Assistant 2026

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring the safety and security of clients and auction items

Assist clients with examining items during exhibitions and special events while following security protocols

Assistance with setup and packing of exhibitions and special events

Occasional support various departments with administrative tasks

Ability to stand for periods of time between breaks

Available to work weekends and evenings as necessary

Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or experience in a related field preferred
Experience or working knowledge of luxury brands and/or the auction industry is preferred
Professional, polished demeanor – Business attire required for exhibitions and special events
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential client and business information
Committed, reliable and capable of working well as part of a team
Excellent communication and ability to accurately follow detailed instructions
A genuine passion for Collectibles, Jewelry, Fine and Decorative Art in the auction industry
