Your role

Do you have deep experience in alternative investments, platform onboarding and operational leadership? Are you able to lead a team, drive strategic initiatives and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience across a complex stakeholder landscape? We’re looking for somebody to:

• lead the onboarding strategy and execution for new alternative investment products and fund administrators across the UBS Wealth Management Americas platform
• manage and develop a team responsible for end-to-end onboarding execution, escalation management and ongoing process enhancement
• drive a scalable operating model that supports business growth, strengthens controls and improves time to market
• partner closely with Product Structuring, Alts Capabilities, Technology, Legal, Compliance and external fund partners to support successful product launches
• act as an escalation point for complex onboarding matters and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization and transparency across onboarding processes
• maintain strong working relationships with fund companies, administrators and other strategic partners
• ensure onboarding activities are aligned with regulatory, operational and risk requirements
• contribute to broader strategic initiatives that support the continued development of the alternatives platform

Your expertise

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in alternative investments, operations, transactional processing and/or wealth management operations, preferably at a fund, administrator or another broker dealer/bank platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related discipline
• proven leadership experience, including team management, coaching and performance development
• strong understanding of alternative investment products and the operational processes required to support onboarding and launch readiness
• experience working across a broad stakeholder group, including business, operations, technology, legal, compliance and external providers
• demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and implement scalable operating models
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail
• effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across functions and levels of seniority
• strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• advanced skills in Excel, Word and SharePoint
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
