Security Officer Enhanced

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and service personnel in accordance with community procedures.
Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and delivery records and communicate access-related information to appropriate site personnel.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
