Director of Sales

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead distributor relationships and drive sales growth for an established manufacturing company. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on expanding distributor partnerships and maximizing market performance.

Responsibilities

* Build and manage relationships with distributors across multiple states.
* Visit distributors and retail locations to support sales growth.
* Monitor product performance and shelf presence.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
* Ensure distributors have the resources needed to maximize sales.

Requirements

* 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
* Experience with distributors, wholesale, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred.
* Strong business development and relationship management skills.
* Willingness to travel to distributor locations as needed.
