Responsibilities
P&L responsibility for Florida
The offline product: pricing, availability and fleet composition
Four local teams
Driver Operations
Quality & Training (our Chauffeur Academy)
Sales (Wheely for Business)
Marketing
Launch and expansion strategy across Miami, Palm Beach, and key seasonal moments
Drive business development, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities for growth and partnerships
Collaboration with central Product team on the passenger and chauffeur experience
Regulatory strategy: navigating Florida’s licensing and compliance landscape
External representation: press, partnerships and key stakeholder engagement
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university
Minimum 7 years of total experience, including 5+ years in either high-growth tech, investment banking, strategy consulting, VC or private equity
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
Professional fluency in English
Based in Miami
