Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and interact with patients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a premium healthcare experience.- Conduct patient intake, including recording vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant information.- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.- Assist physicians and nurses with examinations, procedures, and treatments as needed.- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and perform administrative duties with confidentiality and precision.- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and office protocols.- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications:

– Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.- Current and valid medical assistant certification/license in NY.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality at all times.- Experience in a high-end medical or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.- Proficient in using electronic health records and other medical software.
