Product Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Reconcile and maintain accurate product data across PLM and ERP systems
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are accurate and complete
Create, maintain, and update seasonal product libraries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Communicate product information and updates to vendors and overseas partners to support seamless execution
Distribute materials and product updates to stakeholders in a timely manner
Support style adds, drops, and revisions while ensuring clean and accurate hand-offs to Production

Requirements
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
PLM experience (Centric preferred)
ERP Experience (Exenta preferred)
Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
