Opportunity

Twin Teammates on the Clinical Delivery Services & Management team make a meaningful difference by driving our licensure and credentialing operations—partnering directly with our clinical care team to ensure efficient, streamlined care for our members.

Reporting to the Senior Coordinator of Licensure and Credentialing, the Licensing Coordinator joins Twin Health at a pivotal moment of growth. In this role, you will serve as a key operational bridge for our Clinical Care Team, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional metabolic care while supporting the business’s growth, efficiency, and clinical outcomes.

Working in partnership with Clinical Delivery Management, the Licensing Coordinator manages operational initiatives across healthcare professional licensing, health plan credentialing, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex telemedicine regulatory landscapes, manage external vendor relationships, and build trust with clinical leadership to drive successful healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Licensing Coordinator, you will oversee the comprehensive licensing process and health plan credentialing to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of state and federal regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Licensing Operations

Multi-State Oversight: Navigate and monitor initial applications, renewals, and ongoing maintenance of healthcare professional licenses across all US jurisdictions.
Tracking & System Management: Maintain a centralized database (including Salesforce and CE platforms) tracking licensing requirements, renewal dates, RX authorizations, and CME requirements by state and provider.
Collaborative Arrangements: Support and establish collaboration and supervision agreements for incoming providers and new licenses requiring such structures.
Vendor & Verification Support: Work closely with licensing vendors, obtain verifications and peer references, and ensure zero gaps in licensure or late fees.
Health Plan Credentialing

Provider Onboarding: Assist Twin Health providers through the credentialing process with health plans, including setting up and maintaining their CAQH profiles.
Payer Relations: Submit new payer requests promptly, collect required documentation, and track application status across all platforms to ensure timely completion.
Compliance & Legal Collaboration

Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on state and federal licensing and credentialing regulations, ensuring Twin Health remains fully compliant.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner directly with internal Legal, Compliance, and external agencies to resolve regulatory inquiries and support care team onboarding/offboarding workflows.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of documentation and platform data to confirm strict alignment with regulatory standards.
Reporting & Operations Support

Process Optimization: Analyze licensing and credentialing data to identify trends, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize licensure geography.
Executive Reporting: Generate regular reports on renewal timelines, credentialing activities, and strategic operational initiatives.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of healthcare licensing and credentialing experience (telemedicine or health-tech background preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
Provider Engagement: Proven ability to engage providers at all levels—including CMOs, MDs, Medical Directors, Advanced Practitioners, and Care Managers—instilling trust and inspiring transformation.
Project Management & Adaptability: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets), Adobe Sign, Salesforce, and credentialing databases.
