Client Relationship Manager, Structured Investments

Responsibilities
Support the management of relationships with iCapital’s issuing partners, serving as a key point of contact — coordinating regular touchpoints such as meetings, check-ins, and events, and responding to partner questions and requests.
Help maintain and grow existing partnerships and support the onboarding of new issuers onto the platform.
Translate partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements, owning the resulting projects and partnering with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver them while balancing competing partner priorities.
Develop presentations, updates, and reporting for both partners and internal stakeholders, using data and analysis to inform decisions.
Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to generate reports and surface insights, with excellent attention to detail.
Collaborate with teams across the firm — including Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance — to deliver a robust, well-supported platform solution and drive process improvement.
Assist in the development and execution of the firm’s overarching strategy for the Structured Investments business line.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required
5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets industry
Experience working with or covering structured products is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
Strategic mindset and able to work independently
Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients
Excellent organizational skills
Desire to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Series 7 and 63 certifications are required or obtained within 90 days of hire
