A day in the life (Responsibilities)

Architect and evolve the global CI/CD framework for complex Salesforce deployments, driving advanced automation and self-service tooling for scale.
Lead cross-application release management across Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, and other Business Systems, ensuring high-velocity delivery in an enterprise ecosystem.
Provide technical leadership in resolving systemic deployment challenges and architecting environment strategies including refreshes and data access governance.
Act as a technical liaison for Business Systems, Engineering, and Operations, having an understanding of roadmaps and how their dependencies and schedules align
Provide deep technical support for releases, incident response, and major system upgrades
Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve velocity, and help pioneer new approaches to building – contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team.

What you’ll need to thrive (Requirements)

8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
Deep expertise in Salesforce CI/CD architecture and enterprise-scale release management (e.g., Copado, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Architectural ownership of complex automation tooling and integration strategies across a diverse tech stack (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, etc.).
Experience with version control tools (GitHub preferred) and at least one development language (e.g., Python or Java).
Proven experience utilizing Generative AI or Copilot-style tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) for improving development, testing, or operations workflows.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
