Job description

As our new Salesforce Project Manager, you will:

Lead Salesforce implementation projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Agentforce, and other platform capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Manage integrated delivery plans. You will develop and manage integrated project plans across Salesforce and connected business applications, ensuring dependencies, timelines, risks, and resource requirements are coordinated across multiple teams and vendors. As additional integrations are introduced, you’ll ensure they align seamlessly with the broader project roadmap.
Drive collaboration across teams. You will bring together business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA teams, vendors, and executive sponsors to align priorities, resolve challenges, and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle. You will facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and ensure business needs are translated into actionable delivery plans.
Provide project governance. You will own project governance activities, including RAID management, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, resource planning, and delivery tracking. You’ll proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project health.
Support adoption and change. You will help coordinate communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure new Salesforce capabilities are successfully adopted across the business and deliver lasting value.
Champion delivery excellence. You will apply Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, continuously improving delivery practices while ensuring projects follow Salesforce implementation best practices and organizational standards.

You bring:

The project leadership. You have experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementation projects and are confident managing multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through delivery. PMP certification is required.
The Salesforce knowledge. You understand how Salesforce supports sales and service processes and have experience delivering projects across one or more Salesforce Clouds. You don’t need to be a hands-on Salesforce administrator or developer, but you’re comfortable working alongside technical teams and understanding platform capabilities, integrations, and implementation approaches.
The program management skills. You have experience managing integrated project plans, balancing competing priorities, mitigating risks, and coordinating work across internal teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping projects moving forward.
The governance experience. You excel at managing integrated project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization. You bring structure, organization, and accountability to complex delivery environments.
The communication skills. You’re confident facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, presenting updates to leadership, and building alignment across technical and business teams. You know how to adapt your communication style to different audiences while keeping projects moving forward.
The mindset. You’re organized, proactive, and delivery-focused. You anticipate challenges before they become issues, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and take ownership of delivering successful outcomes. You’re comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining a calm, structured approach.
