Equity Index Voice Trader

What You’ll Do

Price, negotiate, and execute listed equity index options transactions across global markets.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, institutional counterparties and liquidity providers.
Identify relative value, volatility, and macro-driven trading opportunities.
Actively manage option portfolios, including delta, gamma, vega, and other risk exposures.
Monitor market developments, economic events, and volatility regimes that influence equity index options markets.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to improve pricing models, execution tools, and trading workflows.
Provide feedback on trading systems, analytics, and risk management tools to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute new trading ideas and strategies that enhance the team’s performance.
Maintain disciplined risk management while operating in highly competitive markets.
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
3+ years of professional experience trading listed equity index options.
Strong understanding of:
Equity index options pricing
Volatility surfaces and term structure
Greeks and options risk management
Market microstructure and execution
Global listed derivatives markets
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving markets.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage risk responsibly.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
