HMO Biller

Description:
A growing healthcare financial services organization is seeking an experienced HMO Biller to support skilled nursing facilities. This full-time role focuses on HMO billing, collections, and accounts receivable management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Bill Managed Medicaid, MLTC, and Commercial insurance claims
* Review census data, authorizations, collections, and payments
* Monitor receivables, aging reports, and ensure timely follow-up
* Conduct audits and maintain compliance with billing regulations
* Collaborate with business office staff and leadership to resolve billing issues

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of HMO Billing experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute facilities
* Experience with Visual software is required
* Knowledge of CMS regulations and healthcare A/R billing processes
* Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills
