Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer.
* Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
* Coordinate and conduct interviews.
* Partner with leadership on hiring needs.
* Prepare offers and maintain recruiting records.

Requirements

* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
* Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
