Security Guard Unarmed Driver Patrol Service

What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols within an upscale retail and mixed-use environment.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of retail areas, common spaces, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Respond to incidents, alarms, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with site management, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
