A healthcare organization is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to support hiring across clinical and administrative roles. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, driven, and confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare candidates
– Perform high-volume calls and proactive candidate outreach
– Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process
– Maintain accurate ATS records and applicant tracking updates
– Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding

Qualifications:
– At least 1 year of recruiting experience required
– Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
– Strong ATS experience with confidence using the full recruitment process
– Experience using Apploi is a plus
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
