Job description

Responsibilities of Position:

Analyze company and industry data to identify and quantify specific risks, and collaborate with the business, operations, and outside resources to formulate recommendations for specific programs, policy and operational changesupdates to address those risks, each supported by a full business case, with defined metrics to evaluate their effectiveness andor impact.
Analyze the effectiveness and cost/benefit of policies and programs designed to improve the safety of employees.
Develop systems and establish processes to ensure data quality and type of data elements are properly collected and validated to enable robust safety analysis.
Develop data analysis and data visualization tools, and user interface systems to facilitate data access, user-friendly data queries, and data system functionality.
Use advanced predictive analytics, computational methods, and modeling and simulation techniques to identify and mitigate safety risks.
Other duties as assigned.

Additional Working Conditions/Aspects:

Possible exposure to high traffic conditions and/or tight driving areas.
Exposure to residential and commercial waste.
Ability to travel between offices, as required.
Ability to work flexible hours; overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
Must be able to read and speak the English language.
