Software Engineer — Full Stack

What We’re Looking For
We’re less interested in checking every box than finding someone who enjoys solving difficult technical problems, learning quickly, and taking ownership.
We’re looking for someone who has:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally on a small, high-impact team
A demonstrated track record of shipping end-to-end features from concept through production
Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals and software design skills
Excellent SQL skills and experience designing and optimizing queries
Experience working with large datasets, including memory-efficient processing and data manipulation techniques
The ability to reason about performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack
A strong sense of ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
Curiosity and the ability to rapidly develop both technical expertise and domain knowledge

Nice to have:

Experience in data engineering and building ETL pipelines
Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architectures
Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and production systems
Experience leveraging LLMs to accelerate time to development while not sacrificing accuracy and minimizing iterations
