What You’ll Do

Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments
Promote independence with daily activities and functional tasks
Track patient progress and communicate with the care team
Participate in care planning and discharge planning
Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time
Educate patients, families, and facility staff
Recommend adaptive equipment and treatment interventions
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care every day
Qualifications

Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, facility staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and clinical reasoning abilities
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and achieve productivity standards
