YOUR DAILY IMPACT

Be a thought leader across the company for your domain. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, owning & driving core metrics including operator NPS, 0-90 day issue rate, and customer support cost reduction
Partner with Customer Support, Service & Installation Teams, Engineering, Hardware, Research, Analytics & Design to deliver holistic user experiences with both the operator and exerciser in mind
Drive alignment across the organization, get leadership on board with key strategic decisions while communicating clearly & concisely to keep cross-functional partners informed and inspired
Dive deep into user data, user research, testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and design product experiments
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, translating user and business needs into requirements and clear success criteria. Leverage AI every step of the way to experiment quickly and increase efficiency – including building and testing prototypes using our internal tools
Empower the team to deliver smart, software solutions – balancing product innovation with long-term scale

YOU BRING

6+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years spent building commercial and/or B2B software experiences
Self-starter ready to come up with creative solutions to complex, ambiguous problems for both operators and exercisers
Comfortable working scrappy – experienced building & iterating their own prototypes and engaging directly with customers to pressure test ideas & bring them to life
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using data to ground roadmaps and product decisions
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a highly collaborative environment
Highly collaborative, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a strong attention to detail and a bias for action
