Project Manager / Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Biopharma domains.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, and Infrastructure teams.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies as required.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT leaders.
Understand client business objectives and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Manage account governance, reviews, and client satisfaction initiatives.
Support contract renewals, change requests, and commercial discussions.
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
Manage projects related to healthcare applications, clinical systems, pharmacovigilance, regulatory compliance, data platforms, digital health solutions, or biopharma technology initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
Coordinate with clinical, regulatory, quality, and business stakeholders.
Support digital transformation, cloud migration, data analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise application initiatives within healthcare and life sciences organizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in IT project management and account management.
Experience managing healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device clients.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and project governance frameworks.
Experience managing AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation projects.
Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
