Job description

On a daily basis, you will:

Drive Program & Project Leadership: Own the lifecycle of multiple CRM workstreams. You’ll build and maintain integrated project plans, track milestones and dependencies, lead daily standups, status meetings, launch readiness reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage Delivery & Launches: Coordinate simultaneous campaign launches across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and personalization initiatives. You’ll oversee intake, resource planning, and quality gates to ensure flawlessly executed releases.
Proactively Solve Problems: Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), identifying potential roadblocks early and escalating them with practical mitigation plans.
Lead Client Communications: Serve as a trusted delivery lead for client marketing stakeholders. You’ll translate business needs into actionable project plans and provide executive-ready status updates regarding schedules, risks, and decisions.
Optimize Processes: Champion delivery best practices. You will drive consistency in documentation and workflow execution, constantly looking for ways to improve operational efficiency, communication, and project visibility.
Who are you going to work with?
You won’t be working in a silo – collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client management, regularly partnering with:

Internal Capability Teams: You will work directly with Strategy, Creative, Technology, QA, Analytics, and Marketing Operations teams to align on deliverables, schedules, and technical execution.
Client Stakeholders: You will build strong relationships with client-side marketing leads and executive stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and scope stay aligned with their broader business priorities.
Leadership: You will partner alongside agency leadership to continuously refine project governance, process improvements, and delivery best practices.
What do you bring to the table?
We are looking for a highly organized, action-oriented leader with a calm-under-pressure demeanor and strong executive presence.

Your background should include:

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years of Project Management experience, including 5+ years specifically managing enterprise digital marketing or CRM programs.
Cross-Functional Expertise: Proven track record of leading complex projects across creative, technology, and data capabilities while managing multiple high-profile initiatives at once.
Methodologies & Skills: Deep expertise in project planning, dependency management, and hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
Communication & Education: Exceptional client-facing communication skills, strong organizational discipline, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications & Knowledge:

Industry Experience: Experience supporting enterprise clients in automotive, retail, or financial services.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma, Miro, and the Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PPTX, etc.).
Domain Expertise: A solid understanding of CRM lifecycle marketing, audience management, email deployment processes, personalization technologies, marketing analytics, and QA/deployment protocols.
Leadership Traits: A collaborative leadership style, sharp decision-making abilities, high attention to detail, a bias toward action, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
