Job description

What You’ll Do
Lead all inventory intake, receiving, and reconciliation processes.
Set and maintain retail pricing standards to protect margin and profitability.
Ensure inventory accuracy, accountability, and shrink prevention.
Manage replenishment requests and coordinate purchasing activity.
Conduct weekly audits to confirm compliance, safety, and financial accuracy.
Maintain strong compliance with ATF, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
Ensure accurate completion of firearm transactions, including FFL transfers and ATF Form 4473s.
Train, coach, and hold associates accountable for inventory control and compliance standards.
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, supporting the overall operation and guest experience

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience and performance.
