Video Content Creator Recruiting & Social Media

We’re seeking a creative Video Content Creator to produce engaging short-form videos and recruiting content for a growing healthcare organization serving children with autism.

Responsibilities:
* Edit videos for ads, social media, and website content.
* Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.
* Use AI tools to generate and enhance video content.
* Design simple graphics to support marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with the marketing team and stay current on video trends.
* Assist with content planning and scheduling (full-time).

Requirements:
* Experience editing videos with CapCut, Premiere, VN, iMovie, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of TikTok, Reels, and short-form content.
* Familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Synthesia, Pictory, etc.).
* Basic Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator skills.
* Creative eye with strong storytelling and attention to detail.
