Founding Engineer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to take complete technical ownership of the product from day one. You’ll operate as a core part of the founding team, shaping not just the codebase but the direction of the company itself.

What You’ll Do
Work with others on the team, and deliver the technical roadmap end-to-end.
Build, ship, and iterate on the product in direct response to market demand.
Experiment freely with tech choices, tools, and approaches.
Sit at the table for business decisions, not just technical ones.
Help set the technical culture and standards as the team grows.

Who We’re Looking For
Strong full-stack coding experience, starting with web development.
Comfortable learning fast and adapting as the product and market evolve
Leadership instincts, with the appetite to grow into (and act like) a C-suite technical leader
Someone who sees the vision, believes in it, and wants to work hard to bring it to life — not just execute tickets ### What We Offer
