About This Position
-Conduct continuous heavy foot patrols throughout residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.-Patrol parking garages, stairwells, hallways, building perimeters, common areas, and exterior grounds.-Observe and report suspicious persons, vehicles, and activities.-Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and requests for assistance.-Enforce company policies, property rules, and safety procedures.Monitor entrances and exits to help prevent unauthorized access.-Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and maintenance reports.-Identify and report safety hazards, damaged property, or maintenance concerns.-Assist residents, tenants, visitors, and employees with directions and general customer service.-De-escalate conflicts and maintain a calm, professional demeanor during difficult situations.-Contact law enforcement, fire departments, or emergency medical services when necessary.-Maintain constant visibility throughout the property to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other criminal activity.-Perform routine inspections of doors, gates, lighting, emergency exits, and fire safety equipment.-Provide professional communication with supervisors regarding incidents and operational concerns.
