Lead Preschool Teacher

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for preschool-aged children.
Create a safe, nurturing, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
Maintain positive, professional communication with parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with assistant teachers, leadership, and colleagues to ensure quality classroom operations.

Qualifications

An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Previous classroom experience.
Excellent organizational, communication, and classroom management skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
Ability to meet all applicable background check, training, and licensing requirements.
