Key Responsibilities:
Drive Philanthropic Revenue Growth
Build, manage, cultivate, and solicit a portfolio of 100+ investors and prospects capable of giving $10,000+.
Consistently achieve and exceed annual fundraising goals.
Donor Cultivation & Leadership Engagement
Steward and deepen relationships with existing investors while identifying and cultivating new major gift prospects.
Expand the donor pipeline with individuals capable of making five-, six-, and seven-figure commitments.
Lead the execution of philanthropic events to cultivate new prospects and steward existing investors.
Identify and recruit local lay leaders to support Birthright Israel’s mission.
Brand & Mission Ambassador
Serve as a visible ambassador for Birthright Israel both professionally and personally.
Represent Birthright Israel Foundation with professionalism, passion, and credibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of success in high-ticket sales, business development or major gifts fundraising.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Experience engaging senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or philanthropists.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong initiative, professionalism, and personal accountability.
Passion for Jewish engagement and Birthright Israel’s mission.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Travel Expectations: This role requires regional travel and occasional travel to BRIF’s NYC headquarters.
