Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory that includes multiple states within your home region. Working alongside our existing sales representatives located across the U.S., you will drive sales initiatives, build strong relationships with customers, and promote Rimol’s superior products to meet the evolving needs of the market.
Responsibilities:
Territory Management & Development: Take the lead in expanding Rimol’s presence in your territory, leveraging your expertise and understanding of the local market to identify new opportunities for growth. Attract and secure new customers via inbound and outbound sales channels by completing and following up on quote requests, attending trade shows and industry events, and making in-person sales calls.
Product Promotion: Promote and sell Rimol products to new and existing customers. Highlight Rimol’s reputation for manufacturing the strongest structures on the market, highlighting the durability and reliability of our products to resonate with the values of growers in the Western US.
Customer Engagement: Establish and cultivate relationships with existing customers and prospects, demonstrating the value of Rimol’s robust greenhouse structures and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. Follow through with timely responses to customer questions, inquires and quote requests.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with our existing sales team to share insights, coordinate efforts, and ensure a cohesive approach to serving customers and driving sales in the region. Collaborate with office and factory staff responsible for customer service, accounting, purchasing, fabrication, shipping and marketing to ensure a smooth end-to-end sales cycle.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences within your territory, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred
5+ years of relevant industry and/or sales experience
Proven track record in sales, with experience in the agricultural sector highly desirable
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within your territory
