Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety and preventative maintenance needs.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and team members
Clean, organize, inventory, stock, and otherwise maintain the maintenance area, parts, tools, and supplies.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations
Competes additional reasonable tasks and duties as required.
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED required
Basic understanding of maintenance procedure
Physically capable of performing hands-on maintenance tasks.
Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Experience driving large vehicles or towing a trailer is preferred
Ability to work independently or assist with projects
Occasional evening and/or weekend work and/or overtime as required
