What You’ll Do
Welcome customers as they take delivery of their new Cadillac.
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and premium Cadillac systems.
Assist customers with Bluetooth pairing, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, Wi-Fi hotspot, navigation, and Cadillac mobile app setup.
Explain driver-assistance systems, infotainment features, safety technologies, and vehicle controls.
Customize vehicle settings and driver profiles based on customer preferences.
Answer customer questions and provide a comfortable, enjoyable delivery experience.
Follow up with customers after delivery to answer technology questions and provide additional assistance.
Stay current on Cadillac technology, new model features, and software updates.
Assist the Sales Department throughout the vehicle delivery process.
Help maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and manufacturer survey scores.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, technology, education, or automotive is a plus—but not required.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
