Responsibilities

The Strategy and Communications Manager/Associate will contribute to the growth and success of Ecoplexus by directly supporting the US CEO in developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating strategic initiatives and communications to support the company’s growth. This includes assisting with board presentations, quarterly company updates, and ownership of key approval processes including our Investment Review Committee. This position is an integral member of the team, collaborating with all departments and providing results based on established objectives from our organizational strategic plan.

The ideal individual will possess excellent written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities is imperative. The Strategy and Communications Manager/Associate must be able to work under pressure, handle a wide variety of responsibilities, be creative and enjoy working within a team environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage 2-3 strategic initiatives at any given time
Create meeting related support material/collateral for numerous meetings including board meetings, investment reviews, sponsor materials, and external communications
Document and manage internal approval processes
Support CEO in internal and external communications
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal skills; this is the single most important qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performing identical or similar functions and duties.
Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED in Related field
Experience in the Renewable Energy industry is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint)
Must have attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy and be extremely organized.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, multi-task, be a team-player, be flexible, adapt to shifting priorities, and prioritize work.
Must be comfortable working with senior members of the organization
Can take ambiguous tasks and develop concrete plans/conclusions
