We are looking for a motivated, proactive, self-starting, analytical, problem solver to join our fast-paced environment. You will need to be detail oriented, enjoy interacting with a diverse group of people from the Business, Suppliers and Accounts Payable, but also can work well independently and handle your own queue of work.

You always ensure due diligence and controls are upheld during the entire supplier creation and maintenance lifecycle. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and seek to not only solve complex problems but do so with risk mitigation in mind. You aim to always do the right thing to protect Ricochet and our clients. You thrive in a team environment and take time to really understand what the customer needs.

This position reports to our Supplier Enablement Supervisor and is part of a dynamic Supplier Enablement team that effectively communicates with suppliers to engage and enroll vendors. We contact suppliers by phone and/or email to discover their payment acceptance and remittance criteria.

We'll trust you to:

Run high volume of call and e-mail-based sequences to maximize data gathering of Vendors’ payment acceptance and remittance data
“Read the Room,” we will trust you to be focused on the outcome and data gathering
Work independently and collaboratively with the global team to provide the highest level of professionalism
In some cases, guide suppliers through the enrollment process; identify and overcome objectives
Perform supplier analysis and data augmentation using tools like Rocketreach to update data in Vendor Management System
Reports daily or weekly activity to team manager or leadership as needed

You'll need to have:

Excellent conversational skills; demonstrated professional, tactful problem solving, business writing with a personal and engaging presence
Problem-solving skills as well as an ability to work independently and as part of a larger global team
Experience or comfort managing queues while maintaining excellent customer service and timely/relevant updates to clients and stakeholders
Cold calling and email experience
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Software skills (Excel, Outlook, CRM)
Ability to operate with minimal supervision once trained
Self-motivation and ability to achieve daily call and activity volumes and meet monthly and quarterly supplier enrollment and performance metrics’

We'd love to see:

Interest in Accounting and/or Finance
Previous experience with supplier onboarding
Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus
High volume tele-sales or network marketing experience
