Customer Account Representative

What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and coordinate customer requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our internal Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
Proactively communicate order status, delivery updates, and solutions to customer concerns.
Resolve issues quickly through problem-solving and follow-up.
Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and communications.
Represent Decimal during customer visits, trade shows, and other industry events.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
Requirements

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in manufacturing, technical customer service, inside sales, account management, or quoting is preferred.
Experience with CRM software and AI productivity tools is a plus.
