Description
The Project Coordinator role provides administrative support to project delivery. This role assists with the management of documents, scheduling and attending meetings, and coordinating basic project management tasks with project team members. Work is performed under close supervision with no decision-making authority.

Responsibilities

Attend project meetings and assist in taking notes during meetings.
Support team with organizing meeting materials as requested.
Assist with maintenance and management of project documents and deliverables.
Provide basic scheduling support, assist with maintaining meeting calendars, reserve meeting facilities.
Coordinate travel logistics for project team members.
Help reserve meeting facilities, coordinate attendee schedules, assist with arranging lunches and
Help book travel arrangements and assist with travel-related inquiries.
Assist in printing and organizing presentation materials and provide basic support in preparing materials
for meetings and events.

Assist with onboarding new project team members.
Support and review presentations for meetings and workshops.
Provide basic support for project communications and distributing communication materials.
Help with organizing and updating document logs.
Assist in gathering H&S records and documentation, like acknowledgement forms and tailgates.
Support collecting necessary data for complete H&S Plans.
Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
Skills and Competencies

Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to perform basic administrative tasks.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Basic communication skills and ability to communicate effectively
Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 years of professional or related experience.
Education

A high school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
