RCM Manager

Growing healthcare company seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management leader to oversee billing, coding, and collections operations across its portfolio.

This is a corporate leadership role focused on managing the full RCM lifecycle, optimizing claims processes, reducing denials, and partnering with clinical and operations teams to strengthen cash flow and reimbursement accuracy.

Requirements:

RCM management experience, healthcare/skilled nursing preferred
Strong knowledge of billing, coding, and payer processes (Medicare/Medicaid a plus)
Experience managing a billing/RCM team
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and process-improvement skills
Experience with RPM/APCM/CoCM billing models a plus
