Job description

👇 The Role
I’m looking for a Content Creator to take full ownership of Zophee’s Instagram and TikTok presence.

This is not just about posting pretty graphics. It’s about storytelling, understanding the brand, and building an audience that feels connected to Zophee. You’ll be the voice, the visuals, and the consistency behind how people first discover us.

I’ll support you as much as possible… you’ll get direction, resources, and ideas, but the feeds will be yours to run with.

My Expectations
I have very high standards and so has everyone who’s helped build Zophee. Quality, clarity, and execution matter.

Therefore, you’ll need to:
• Create content that’s sharp, clean, and engaging
• Stay consistent with posting, even when it feels repetitive
• Handle feedback directly without taking it personally
• Stay flexible when things shift or when we test and scrap ideas
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and the fast pace of a startup

In the beginning, I’ll be more hands-on, giving direction and edits. As we build trust, you’ll have full autonomy over social.

🛠 What You’ll Actually Do
• Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram
• Post consistently across both platforms, testing formats and captions
• Keep up with trends while staying authentic to Zophee’s brand voice
• Build a content calendar and keep things organized
• Repurpose user stories, testimonials, or behind-the-scenes moments
• Experiment with UGC, community building, and creative hooks
• Track engagement and learn what resonates

✅ You’ll Thrive If You...
• Live and breathe content… you’ve made stuff just for fun
• Know how to make engaging short videos that don’t feel forced
• Are consistent, resourceful, and creative under constraints
• Can take direction, but also pitch new ideas
• Care about wellness, behavior change, or building things that last
• Are curious about how products grow through community and storytelling
• Are okay with equity-only compensation (for now)
