The Campaign Manager executes campaigns from concept through launch, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for performance. This role works closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Marketing Operations, App team, Data team and Brand leadership to manage process and workflow. Responsibilities include day-to-day project management, campaign management, asset trafficking, approvals, QA, performance monitoring, and campaign optimization..
This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong attention to detail, agility, collaboration, and is very comfortable with onsite marketing and Martech tools.
About The Positions Contributions:
Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns
Create and project manage the development and optimization of onsite and in-app marketing programs that convert anonymous site visitors into registered users and registered users into paid subscribers. Responsible for:
Converting anonymous site visitors into known users.
Newsletter list growth
Free-app downloads
Upsell from free-app users into paid subscribers.
Gating strategy
Coordinate deployment and monitoring of onsite and in-app campaigns.
Handle campaign QA, testing, scheduling, and approvals to ensure flawless execution.
Campaign Operations:
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness across multiple teams.
Maintain campaign calendars, documentation for live and upcoming campaigns, and workflow processes to ensure efficient execution across multiple initiatives.
Performance Reporting and Optimization:
Monitor and report on campaign KPIs using tools such as Piano, Digioh, Looker, and other dashboards.
Surface insights, propose A/B tests, and recommend optimizations to improve acquisition performance over time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with brand, app, magazine, and newsletter to align campaign execution with larger brand business goals.
Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders in a timely and solutions-oriented manner.
Measurable Results Expected:
Timely and accurate execution of all campaigns.
Demonstrated improvements in customer acquisition, member engagement, retention and renewal rates.
Increased operational efficiency.
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, growth strategy, conversion optimization, subscription marketing, or customer acquisition.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution, including QA, deployment, and performance tracking.
Knowledge of onsite targeting/segmentation and campaign optimization
Strong familiarity with tools such as Piano, Wunderkind, Digioh, Braze, Iterable, or similar.
Analytical proficiency in reviewing performance data and making recommendations for improvement.
High level of organization and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
