Pre-Press Mac Operator

Your Role As Pre-Press Mac Operator, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:

Pre-flight and review customer-supplied artwork and graphic files for print readiness
Create, modify, and reformat graphic files to meet print specifications and press requirements
Perform trapping, prepress adjustments, image manipulation, and file preparation activities
Support flexographic printing processes and ensure files are optimized for production
Collaborate with production, art, and film departments to ensure quality standards are met
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and perform additional duties as assigned

What you bring You're a natural fit for Pre-Press Mac Operator if you have:

A College or University degree in Graphic Arts, Package Design, or a related field
Experience or training in graphic design, packaging design, or pre-press production
Strong proficiency with Mac operating systems and Adobe Creative Suite applications
Working knowledge of PC operating systems and software
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Knowledge of Esko software, flexographic printing, corrugated packaging, or flexo plate making is considered an asset
A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team; French communication skills are an asset
