Process and Technology Leader

New Brunswick Region Pay Range Information:
The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $152,500. Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience, education, skills and qualifications.

Ontario Region Pay Range Information:
The expected base salary range for this position is $121,000 to $171,000. Placement in the salary range will be based on relevant job-related factors like candidate experience, education, skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a multi-year papermaking process excellence roadmap.

Identify, evaluate, and implement new papermaking technologies and best practices.

Support manufacturing sites in improving OEE, capacity, quality, and cost performance.

Lead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives across multiple sites.

Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product Development teams to deliver sustainable results.

Provide technical expertise, coaching, and training to develop organizational capabilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in manufacturing, papermaking & converting operations, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Strong knowledge of papermaking processes, equipment, and quality systems.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and project management methodologies.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
