Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
Serve as a strategic advisor to physician owners, healthcare operators, and medical practices across a range of financial and operational matters
Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships rooted in trust and long-term partnership
Advise clients on financial performance, profitability, tax planning, compensation structures, cash flow, and operational strategy
Support clients through complex business decisions, growth initiatives, and practice optimization efforts
Translate financial and operational insights into actionable recommendations for clients
Leadership & Operational Support
Partner with DAG leadership to support the continued growth and scalability of the advisory business
Mentor and support internal team members across client delivery and operational workflows
Help improve processes, best practices, and scalable advisory frameworks
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, tax, operations, and leadership teams
Business Development & Growth
Support business development efforts through networking, relationship-building, and referral generation
Participate in prospective client conversations, presentations, and proposals
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and advisory offerings
Represent DAG and Panacea professionally within healthcare and professional services communities
Qualifications & Experience
CPA required
10+ years of progressive experience within accounting, healthcare advisory, consulting, or professional services
Significant experience working with physician groups, medical practices, dental practices, or healthcare organizations preferred
Strong understanding of healthcare practice financial operations, tax structures, and business strategy
Experience managing and advising executive-level client relationships
Experience operating within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required
